Big South Fork

I want to celebrate my 45th birthday at Big South Fork with a few of my girlfriends November 17th. I will need to rent a cabin as I only have a two horse bumper pull. There is so much info on the net but what I am finding is many of these cabins you have to trailer to the trails. Does any one have a lead on a nice cabin where you don't have to trailer to the trails ??? My friend and I stayed at the cabin they call Turkey Ridge, which is a 3bedroom, 2 bath house...they have a large wooded area to let the horses run as well as indvidual stalls. There is a circle drive, which makes it extremely easy to park. There is a trailhead about 50 yards from the entrance to this house, and if you do want to trailer your horse, its only a couple miles to the main trailheads that are right off the highway. in this particular cabin, there are 2 bedrooms upstairs, one w/ king bed, and other with bunk beds. the downstairs bedroom has a queen size bed i believe. The"corral" they mention on the web site is the large wooded area i mentioned.

Back in my shoeing days i worked a lot in southen cal. doing high end show horses.

I do know Mr. Guye quite well and can be caught loafing at his tack shop on ocasions..............
