Hey Glenna, I met up with Vicki Phillips today and we went riding at her place. It was beautiful and the weather was a little cool. Had to wear a hoodie. Totally enjoyed the day and totally bug free! Have a super week!

Hey Glenna, I am very familar with FPL! A portion of my paycheck went to them for I don't know how many years. LOL. I had a friend that lived behind me that worked for FPL, so it was great when the hurricanes came through, b/c we always had service back before everyone else. I have never tried roping and the people that I do know that have tried are usually missing a finger, so I think I'll keep my fingers and just enjoy watching. I am looking to breed my mare. My mare is a paint and I have her first baby. I just got him back from a guy that broke him. I tried breaking him myself and ended up in intensive care for a week with 6 fractured vertabrae, 3 broken ribs, and a partcially collapsed lung. So I left it to someone else that was willing to take the risk, b/c I couldn't anymore. There is a ranch up here that has beautiful Quarter Horses and I am considering one of their studs in the spring. Nice big fat Quarters with big butts! Just like I like them. Your place will be south of me and Vicki is north east of me, but all in the same county. I can't wait to see some of Grits Knives, I have a brother in law that is a big knife buff as well as my Daddy and son.

Hey Glenna, I'm sorry, but I just realized that you emailed me. I'm still getting use to this application. I just moved to Rayburn Creek Road. I lived in St. Augustine Fl all my life and was a Law Enforcement officer for 22 yrs. I moved to GA two years ago and ended up getting divorced and now my children and I have moved to TN. My Daddy lives here and we have family property. When do you anticipate moving up here? I'm excited to meet new friends from this site. I'm still learning my way around and look forward to hanging out with others that like to triail ride and have slow moving horses like mine. There are alot of folks that have gaited horses up here. Talk soon, Stacy

hay there, we took several years of looking around tenn. everytime we came up to trailride. we sold our place in fl w/plans to travel for a year, while staying w/ friends in tenn we looked at a few more places. left tenn heading for colorado. we chose to look mainly in s. colorado just over the new mex. line. and after 2 weeks , my husband could not get adjusted to the elevation, we decided this was not for us, but oh how beautiful. we shortly decided to return to tenn. and made an offer on our farm we now have. we bought 90 acres w/ an old farm house on it an old barn. my sister and husband bought the farm house and 3 acres. my husband built our home. we raise and sell quality horse hay. which is a job thank goodness we put it up 2x a year. i have out my back gate 1300 qcres on one side to ride on and 400 acres on the other.plus my husband has cut trails on the back side of our farm. i'm very blessed. anyhow, that's that. hopefully you'll be here soon and can come ride . later vicki

Hay Glenna, I lived 3 miles from the pruitt trailhead off sr484. we lucked out selling our place. got it sold when realestate was skyrocketed and just before taxes and insurance skyrocketed as well. cost of living is sooo much lower here. being from ocala i miss the convience of feed stores and tack shops on every corner, and them having what you need. i get my supplies now by ordering them. but most of all i miss my girlfriends. i'm heading back to fl in oct. meeting up w/ some friends & going to the mcculley fall ride @ jasper fl. have u been there before?is ruff's still open. talk to ya later vic
