New Horse trainer has moved to Tennessee!!!

For those who didnt know little ole Cross Plains has joined the ranks of horse riding elite. Josh Lyons, son of world famous clinician John Lyons, has bought a facility and is training Lyons certified trainers in our home state. Hey I used to live on Guthrie Rd, so he would have been my neighbor. How do you find out what is going on over there?

Hey Brenda,

Call me slow to reply. I noticed your question. I did board at Triple Springs for a short time in 2000 and I had this buckskin there with a Palomino gelding. I then bought a farm in 2001 in Cross Plains. I live in Springfield now always looking for good quarter horse riders , because she is slow but sure. I like LBL and going to East Fork in June.
Thanks for looking at my mare, she is somethin, yours are great looking too.
Keep in touch.

Thanks! I am glad to have found this site. My husband Mark and I ride every chance we get. We have 3 TWH mares, barefooted and have some wonderful trails just outside our back door. We are always looking for new places and new people to ride with. If you have some good suggestions, please let me know.

We stay at a place called Gilbertson's Lazy Horse Retreat. She has a couple of cabins at the base of the mountains that have either a round pen beside your cabin or a nice, clean barn for your horses. Look them up online.
