Grew up showing Am Saddlebreds, still have my mare I bought when I was 20, she is now 22. Besides horses my second love is photography. I worked in several different photo labs over the years, but now I am a receptionist for the best small animal vet I know :-)
I have been married for 15 years to a non horsey husband, go figure, and have 1 daughter who is ten.
The ankle is doing great. Doesn't bother me at all. I was gonna have the shoulder worked on in January, but it's not bothering me enough to warrant not being able to use it for several weeks so I just put it off.
We've been riding as much as we can, but that hasn't been much with the weather being what it was in January. Hopefully this spell of nice weather will hold out until Springtime gets here. I'm tired of cold and wet! We had a good ride at Walls of Jericho last weekend and were going to go to the Water Valley ride on saturday, but decided to hang just a little closer to home since it was Valentine's Day. Don't want my hubby to feel too neglected.
That's a bummer about the troubles with the truck and trailer. At least you have Jill there close by to help you out. She's a good one.
Hey Belinda! I was wondering if you were a member here. That's a good looking profile photo you've got there. I haven't talked to you lately, have you been riding your new boy much? We haven't ridden much over this way since the first of the year. The weekends have just been too cold and/or wet, but we got in a nice one to Walls of Jericho this past Saturday and hope to be riding more often as soon as we get a little more Spring-like weather. Give me a shout if you're going to be riding down this way . I'd like to see the new horse.
Howdy Belinda, thanks for joining Tennessee Trail Riders. We look forward to your "horsey" pictures that you can post and share with others on our website. Also try your hand at posting events, videos and trail ratings. Feel free to invite friendly trail riders and horse lovers.
Again, thanks for joing the website, we look forward to meeting you.
Do you still own Am Saddlebreds?
Cheers and happy trails,
