Hello Evie,
Thank you for the compliment on my horses! No, I don't mind if you draw my horses. That would be pretty interesting to see them hand drawn! Happy Trails, Rachel Hattendorf www.hattendorfhorses.com
Hey- sorry it took so long to get back with you. We are busy the next few weeks getting ready for an endurance ride the last weekend in March. We do have some free time in April (the 2nd and 3rd weekends of the month). If we can make one of those two weekends work that would be great. We will also be camping near Knoxville in June- although you probably don't want to wait that long...
I will check my calender and get back w/ you ASAP. I am really interested and think I want him. I would probably come out there and check him out and camp somewhere out there b/c of the distance from my house (N Carolina). I'll be camping in Tenn in June but I am sure you wont want to wait that long. Will you guys be camping/ riding in the eastern part anytime soon where we could meet?
I am very interested. I will try and figure some times when i can make it out your way and check him out. I let you know some dates and you can see if they work for you...
Is Rocky the arab you rescued? I saw his pix that you added and he looks like he could be nice after getting some weight on him. I have no problem giving you the money for him. You said he was 4. How tall do you think he is? Does he look like he could do endurance rides in the future (after he gets up to weight and conditioned)?
Hey Frankie,
I put the information I have on your colt on your blog, just in case anyone was interested in a little history and family info or may getting him registered. But, no matter whether papered or not, he should make a fine trail horse or endurance horse. I hope you can find him a home and that they can pay you back, so you can keep helping horses. It will be difficult with all the free horses out there now, but it's for a good cause. Has he had any training? Tell me a little about him, personality, training etc and I can send to everyone I know and try and help out.
Take care and keep in touch.. I love hearing about him and how he is doing.
I am into endurance riding and an Arab is the choice horse for that sport. I have 1 now that I sort of rescued but he is a little small for me to ride forever. I would like to find another that is a little larger than my guy. Do you think yours could do endurance? How big do you think he is? Would you consider me as an option?
Hello,
It sounds like your Arab is of Polish bloodlines according to his dame and sire. Are you planning on keeping him and using him for anything specific or would you like to place him in a home?
Hey Evie! I see you are attending the Cogins Clinic in Lebanon on March 7th! YEAH!!! I need to tell you the TIME HAS CHANGED! It is now 10 -2 due to the vet needing to leave. I also want to tell you he has agreed to check and float teeth! Hope to see you there!
