What breed do you own primarily?: anything a good using horse, usually running quarter

Tell us something about you, anything.: Ranch raised in Wyo, rode horses to school, snowed in, no electricity, true hick, nearly 70,, have cowboyed all my life, never been south but have friend who has told me about the starved canner horses and mentioned looking up this site...am taking care of five horses, try to ride daily but due to injury can't saddle horse any more so just ride bareback...but cowboy for neighbors some, don't break horses any more. ski, read, am single but in relationship, live by self in cabin on a major river, it was -13 degrees this am, but no snow, so ski ipass awaits, would love to hear from any of you , especially cowboying or packtripping.
