Well that sounds good. Just let me kno when you guys are up for it. I know about the confidence thing cause Mark and I are the same way. So no you are not stupid for feeling that way. Mark got bucked off last year by his mare and she knocked me down and now we are scared too. But I have a great slow calm, mare . Marks mare still needs work but she is getting better. Karleigh has another mare too. We just got her back from training but she is has a big motor and so I don't know when Karleigh will be able to ride her......Call me when yall want to ride....489-6011 or 286 1598....Angie
Hi again, Yes we should really get together. We are beginners as well. We don't like the wild stuff either thats why we don't ride with the taylors lol....But we really need some good family oriented people to ride with.Karleigh has a pony but he acts up. I am not sure if he will ever act right or not. He reared up a couple times with her and now she is scared to get on him. So I really don't know what to do with him. He is also proud cut and wants to mount the mares when they are in heat so I am thinking we need to get rid of him but we are so attached to him.He is very sweet you can rub him down and brush him.I would like to find her one she could ride on trails that we could pony. Let us know when you have a chance we can ride we would love to go. Like I said we a new at this as well and so is our horses lol..Thanks Angie
I'm pretty sure it was the 8th. I don't know of a horse like that. I know it must be hard to find. But I will let you know if I come across any. Have you tried posting a "wanted" ad? By the way, if you want any help with the water crossing, I'd give it a try with you. I don't understand it. Has he buddied up with any horse in particular?
HI, Stephanie. Trigger is going to be four this May. I believe you can register him in the Spotted Saddle horse organization out of Shelbyville. If it is open, ask them for the procedure. A picture? A video of his gait? Let me know. Have you tried leading him over a tarp? I have used it by squeezing between two places.
Yes, Stephanie. I used a broken snaffle with shanks that are called 6 inch. He seemed to do pretty well with it. Liked to play with it some. I did not have his teeth floated; but he did have the wolf teeth removed when he was gelded. Any news?
