Tell us something about you, anything.
Hubby, Rick, and I live in the panhandle of WV. We are avid trail riders and have visited KY, MO, VA, and TN on our vacations. We LOVE the BSF area of TN and plan on moving down there when we retire. I've been riding gaited horses for years and conducting riding clinics for folks new to gaited horses or those who have problems getting the best natural gait from their trail riding partner. We look forward to meeting you all when we visit TN each year.
Please note your farm, ranch or business website address if you would like to.

At 1:59pm on March 27, 2009, Peggy Thomas said… That sounds great. I would love to meet you all. We ride a lot in Franklin Forest. It is beautiful. It is state run so the campsites are premitive, but the ride is wonderful. There is Circle E and Circle C just about 25 miles from us. They have great cabins and trailersites with a big dining hall. I might be able to help you place your mare. How tall is she and does she have the gene re:blindness. That is prevelant with Rockies. Also let me know your price. I will talk her up. I would like also a full picture of her. Everywhere I go someone wants to buy Moe, but it would take a lot to turn me loose from her... Delete Comment

Of course, BSF. I am so dingy. We have quite a few that go to that area each spring summer or fall. I hope to go this year. My problem is too many responsibilities at home. Day rides I can do, but have not figured the overnights yet. Someday before I get too old!!!! I agree rockies are so special. We have had many-many horses, all twh, but her breeding is sooooo great. I have never dealt with a smarter or tougher gal. She can go anywhere and is very curious about life. With the help of Anderson, Cox, Parelli, etc. I broke her myself. Around two, I got really worried that I might be too old for such a bright one, but she has really come around now at three. We just have fun together..Hope to see you some time in East Tn...

Did I see a Rocky in your pics? I have a mare 1/2 rocky, 1/2 walking. She is three and I love her dearly. Great smart mare. What part of tn is BSF. We live near Chattanooga at the foot of Mt.Eagle. There is quite a bit of riding here. You will love Tennessee..
