hey gal, when do ya want to ride again?i am ready to get my buckskin out on the trail again, call me
Hi Heather, if I ride in this kind of weather I usually start real real early. Last week, Monday and Wednesday my husband went kyaking and I rode at Cordell Hull. We got there at 7:00am. I rode for about three hours (not long enough for me) but my horse was wringing wet so we called it quits. But still had a great time. I consider any time riding a great time. Since you live in Murfreesboro let's meet at Walter Hill when the weather gets better. I have spotted saddle horses, we're faster than quarters but we're not as fast as the Tenn Walkers. I like to gait, canter, when the terrain allows and just have fun.
It sounds like Normandy from what you said is 35 miles south of Murfreesboro. I look it up on the map. I'm looking forward to trying new places.
Maybe next week if you want to meet early.
Sharon
Heather,
I have been to East Fork, it is about 3.5 hrs from here (Bradyville) and a great place to ride. Are you still thinking about riding this weekend at Walter Hill? I just wanted to let you know I have an older Appy and I don't want to slow you down. If you have a different group to go with I understand!
