Tell us something about you, anything.
I train horses...teach karate...love working outdoors at most anything.
I am single (just found out Im VERY single) and live alone,,,so if anyones in the Mid Tn area...I love to go trailriding on weekends. Oh,,, I train for the public also.
I am Level 2 in Parelli Horsemanship...I train under Sam Beechboard in Carthage.

we just trim most , but sometimes we ride in rocky places, & Bella is notorious for getting abscesses.
I haven't had Tiberius out on the trails yet, I hope his soles are tougher

I believe you about concrete feet. It is a percheron trait that I just LOVE !!!
I trim & shoe our horses ...I call them iron feet, They can wear out a rasp faster than shoes can I feel some times! ..lol

Hi Donna,
My wife & I ride drafts & TWH's...I was wondering how your TWH/perch rides. Also how the cross is set perch ,or TWH dam? My favorite ride is my perch mare "Bella", she has a trot like a piledriver, Marsha rides "Blu" ,a twh , mostly, so I trot alot.. ;)

Love to! My mom broke her arm and it's been a rather long August. I am soooo in need of a ride. My little mare is standing and nickering at me with the "when the heck are we going somewhere" look. We both need a good mental health ride. Let me know when you wanna go. Thanks!

Hey Donna! You and I are neighbors, I think. I live about half way between Baxter and Chestnut Mound. We need to meet up and ride at Granville. Since all my old riding buddies got so old and broke down, it's been hard to find a neighbor to catch a quick ride. Everything I own is gaited, so that's kinda my ride. Give me a shout and we'll get together.

Hey Donna, thanks for the reply. Ken Scott told me about this site. It's pretty cool. I can't wait for warmer weather to ride. Small world....Barry is my ferrier as well. He's good and reasonable. Hi Donna--Glad you joined. Have you ever ridden at Granville? I'd like to ride there sometime. Do you have some good riding from your house? Also, I'd really appreciate if you could come up here and ride out with me from home. Just a short ride, maybe 2 hours to help start conditioning. Just got shoes on 2 horses on Fri. If you don't want to haul, I'd be happy for you to ride one of mine.
