Hi Mike! How about some snow? Pennsylvania has tons of it. LOL
we have a couple inches of the cold stuff on the cumberland plateau, with mudd underneath. Yah the mud slop is excessive right now. Ima itchin fer warm and not so wet.
The mud ruts in my driveway are so deep...how deep are they? I lost a small child in one! (kidding). I have been trying to get my driveway graded and more gravel put down for weeks now, and it just won't dry up long enough to get it done! And yes I agree...thank goodness for muck boots!
Hey Mike, I just noticed your new profile picture. Is this pre or post knee surgery pic? I am ready for some warmer weather...I'd be happy if it would go up to 45! lol
lol have lots here too i'll share :) I think TN winters are mostly mud season can't wait till it drys up !! Hopefully soon !!
typical TN weather, I been in tn sence around 1965 and it's typical to have serious mudd after the ground gets saturated and a few freeze and thaw cycles loosen it up. I would contend we live in rain forest climate part time.
Further north it freezes up and stays that way all winter usually, further south it dosn't freeze up so much to loosen things up.
My folks hauled me down from Michegan in '65, dad said he was tired of the cold winters, I've been back occasionally and I don't like it up there. Having grown up in Tennessee I just don't fit in up there any more.
I'd probably fit in out west better if I ever had to leave TN. But I probably won't do any more than visit the west on occasion untill the good Lord hauls me off to heaven. Rain has it's good points, and not having to water the pastures and hay fields is a big one.
LOL.... that is an understatement. I can't remember this amount of snow or wet weather. We had a trail riding trip planned but unfortunately due to the "mud" (sleet, rain, snow) we had to cancel.
