WANTED: a Belgian gelding, solid colored

A guy who works as a mounted guard at Bonaroo is looking for a Belgian gelding...must be solid colored but can have a blaze and/or white stockings (but not "spotted"), no taller than 16.3hh.  He is very horse savvy and is willing to spend $500 - $1,200. Good idea, a horse of impressive size might make a very good guard horse.
