Hi folks I will be in your great state next week and was wondering if you know of any nice places for sale? I did see a place in Rock Island, I am interested in the Crossville, Mcminnville area. Also my HB needs machinist work. Any input would be great.
Looking for modest house, barn and fencing. Would love 10+ acres.

A great site that is really helpful is www.realtracs.com you can pick your counties to live in. I have 23 acres in Morrison, which is on the Coffee co/warren co line. Great country living! Morrison is half way between Manchester and McMinnville. You can also use my real estate person, who is a horse person and knows about the land/barn ops in Coffee/Warren counties area. Mary, there are some houses and 10 acres of land on Mud Creek Rd in Morrison. If you go to realtracs, put in Coffee co, 10+ acres and morrison for the city name. It should bring them up.

If you would be willing to look in the Lawrence / Wayne County area, there are several places here for sale including my own BUT I have 26 acres, 40x60 shop and 24x60 barn and a one bedroom / one bath brick home. Very nice country setting. There is also a very nice 2br / 2 bath brick home on 10 acres just down from me. I can hook you up with several realtors also.
