Fun Shows

Anyone know of any fun shows around middle tn the next couple of months. My daughter has enjoyed going down to Fayetteville the past two months and competed in 4 gaited classes on her spotted saddle horse, but they only have one more on Oct 8th. I would love for her to get to do a few more of these type shows. Thanks for any advice, we are looking into the one this weekend in Columbia run by the Maury County Saddle Club.

The 25th of this month, there will be a Local Country Boy Horse Show in Cornersville, TN at 6pm. Lots of gaited and fun classes. $5 a class and paybacks up to 3rd place. They will be having another in October to finish out the year.

The Maury Co Saddle Club shows are only for quarter horses, unless they've changed. Fayetteville I thought was having another show in November. Lewis Co. (Hohenwald) has a cute show I've been to a few times. I think they have one this coming Saturday night. Your dtr. has a nice horse......saw her at Fayetteville this past Friday.

Thanks, Dusty. I hope there is another show in Fayetteville in November. We have enjoyed taking our daughter (Sally) down there, and she has had fun doing it. Thanks for the info on Lewis Co. We are in Nashville and enjoy loading up and heading out for these fun shows. Hope to see you at the next Fayetteville show if we don't see you at one before.

can't come to the Oct show since am going to the World Equestrian Games that weekend but Sandy told me they were having a Nov show so may try and make that one if it's not cold & yucky. I am going to join their club next yr I think and get my out of shape horse back in better condition and do more showing next year. It was just so miserably hot this year......do check out the show in Hohenwald, it is fun and the people are all nice!

Thanks to all who participated in our August show. It was a great success!! We would like to invite everyone out to our next show on October 9th. Show time is 9:00 AM in Murfreesboro at Need A Hand Horse Training. There are classes for all levels of riders and breeds. Western Pleasure, Speed events, English Flat and over fences, Gaited, Trail and costume class.
