" Recognize the horses’ need for self-preservation, and do not take it away from them. Learn to allow the horse to maintain their self-preservation and still operate for a person. We need to understand this if we are going to gain their confidence on a level that they can really be with us."
This is a quote from one of my teachers back in Texas by the name of Martin Black.
While taming colts, he instilled in me the importance of creating a good, reliable, steadfast horse in the presence of uncertainty w
ithout dulling their ability to be responsive.
With this framework in mind, you will learn to approach, engage and leave behind the most extreme challenges for yourself and your horse.

No green riders. You must be a confident horseman with the ability to stay on and handle your horse.
Current Coggins is required
Cost: $100 per horse/rider
