Yes, Mary, we'll be there!!We are gonna be riding through town Saturday, it's something our girls love to do..But we'll be on the trails Sunday..We're also, more than likely, gonna be camping..Hope to see ya there!!I can't wait, it's always a great time..Just look for the lady with the bright blonde & black hair..:-)I'll either be on a buckskin or my ol' faithful, a black with white stockings..
Thanks for the comment,When we went to the benefit ride,I figured we would just get to see him on stage and that would be it. But he actually took the time to talk to all of us trailriders,he's so friendly and down to earth. This was definetly a highlight in my life,to see and talk with him!!! I have always been a big fan of his and his music. Thanks again,Audrey
Thanks for the compliment on our barn! Our neighbor said he helped build this barn over 60 years ago!!!! It was originally a hog barn. (We just moved here 3 years ago.) We are thrilled with it! I guess it's kinda cool that my husband is sort of a tight-wad....there's a real sense of accomplishment when ya do something like this yourself.(Even if we DID use up our whole vacation! :-)
Doing great!! I heard you were on here. Nice seeing your pics. Keep in touch. We are very proud of Lori Anna. Hope she can go to VA with us this month. Gonna be a great trip.
Hi Mary---Hear your're moving down near my neck of the woods. Hope your plans to relocate go smoothly. Let's go for a ride when you get settled. I know of a nice new horse barn not far from me. I think it's in the $200,000 range if you'd be interested. It also has living quarters with the barn. Happy trails.........
Good luck. I'm sure your sister would be happy to have you closer. Mine lives in South Alabama over 4 hrs. away.
It does seem to be an area where we can get to lots of different places to ride for a day or a weekend.
yes Mary bone cave is about 5 mi from where i live.Would be a nice place to live.If you like kinda hilly country.Dont get up in bone cave much.Have shod some horses up in that area. What part of bone cave are you going too??Let me know n maybe i can tell you more. Some areas up in there are secluded,,Quiet n peaceful.Lots of good fishing,,if you like to fish,,Ideal for going riding.Holler at me some time,,We,ll go riding,,,LOL G
Mary, what happened to your tn wannabe name I thought it was cute. Ronald and I went to LBL and had a great time this past weekend. I am looking forward to your visit.
Mary, the whole state is beautiful and there are numerous opportunities job-wise, even with the economy the way it is. Good luck and keep me in the loop on your search.
oh wow that is cool.
I have always wanted to ride a Standardbred. It looks so fun.
but I love my two walking horses, Venom and Chester . =]
well good luck on your adventure of finding yourself a horse.lol =]
Hi Mary!! 2 1/2 years ago I took a promotion with my company. My husband quit his job and we moved. We had actually been looking to move for a couple of years, so when I found something with my job, we were ready to go. We put our house up for sale, had a huge yard sale and moved 8 weeks after I accepted the new position. When we first got to TN, we lived in an apartment so we could get an idea where we wanted to live. We lived in the apartment for a year, then found a house to rent for another year, before we found our house. We now live in Columbia. The house and location is everything we were looking for except we only have 3/4 of an acre. My horse actually lives at a friend's house about 1/2 hour from our house. I don't mind, though, because my husband doesn't ride and I don't like to ride alone. I really like to keep in touch with you and look forward to hearing about your move. God bless.
Hello Mary, Lorianna, and I had dinner Sat. evening, we are plaining a
nice camping ride on her break, with alot of PICK'IN, and rid'in.
(we may have to much fun). We are going to meet up with my friends from Ga., they are a blast to ride with.
I hope to see you when you come down, maybe Lorianna, and I could do some pick'in!
