Thanks Mary, I'll tell Denise and see what she thinks. I work nights and don't get to see her as much as we would like. Our farrier is still out with a shoulder surgery. I'm hoping he'll be getting to us in a week or so. We must be pushing 10 weeks on this reset. I could do them myself but my back can't take it. Thanks for the offer. Will let you know what she says soon. Alan

Alan, to find anyone or anything on this website you can type in what you are looking for in the search window in the top right corner of the main page, ie type in "eldredge" and it will pull up any one with that name and any discussions that included the name. Of course, there's another way too, click on "MEMBERS" on the main menu and then type in "eldridge" on the members search window.

I hope that helps!

Cheers and happy trails,

Hi Mary, I'm not sure where Cannon County is at. Denise has a son at Tenn Tech. IS there any place near there that we can ride. I was thinking we might leave our horses at your place and we could go visit with Eric for a while. How far is cookville from you? It was just a thought. I might have heard of Short mountain.....but I don't recall anything about it. Perhaps Ron has been there. HE is on this sire somewhere. I looked and couldn't find him. His name is Ron Eldridge. HE is in the MTSSC Yahoo group too. HE was the guy that invited me to join this group. ALan

hi, Yes we have some real nice rideing. I'm a board member of the Cannon County Walking Horse Asso. We have a camp ground at Short Mountain that you can leave from. All we ask is that you buy a membership once a year at $30.00. This also allows you to come to or Memorial Day and Labor Day rides at no charge. This is a real deal if you know what I mean. We have a dance on saturday night and a horse show on sunday night. there is also a concession stand on the grounds and shower houses. If you want to know more feel free to call me at 615-545-7496 and I will tell how to get there and answer any questions you have. You know you are not to far away. we have a person from Sparta who comes every weekend and rides. I hope I have help you.

He was the reserve champion at the International TWH horse show, model two/three year olds. We showed him alot his yearling year, but he got hurt this year just after the International (was in training to get started under saddle). He is still recovering. He's a great young stallion, personality and heart like no other we've owned. Jill
