Interesting they stay at Bandy Creek since Park Service has more dog rules than we do. It's an insurance issue, and they are big into insurance. That's why they don't allow them on the trails unless leashed.
HEY LEONARD , WE HAVE RIDDEN AT UWHARRIE A FEW TIME ON THE NICE WEEKENDS, IM SURE IT WILL WARM UP IN APRIL AND LOOK FORWARD TO RIDING THEN. GOOD TO HEAR FROM YOU . I WILL TRY TO GET SOME PICTURES PUT ON .
You have been a help to me...More than you know..I appreciate the fact that you are well educated in the market we're in. I appreciate you and Lynn sticking with me and supporting me in these efforts. Not too many do that...I hope you are doing well and I will be in touch soon..Have a great rest of the week...
Leroy Brown, I call him Brody, is great. He has settled in nicely with our nearly 3 yr old, Dusty. We aren't planning any rides right now because we are working on a pasture and planning a barn.Any suggestions on both would be welcomed. We are taking some 2-3 hour rides on the trails behind our house trying to build Dusty up for our rides later in the year. Will try to post some pictures when we find the time to make some. Hope to join you soon.
Hey Leonard, Gary here Tammys better half. That half is a minature that my son picked up 2 weeks ago.I ran in to your son at the vale sale a month ago.I just signed my wife up for this site.It will take a while for pics.Hope all is good.
Hey Leonard. Don't know where you got info we don't allow dogs. Always have. They just have to stay on a leash and out of the barns. You do know they are not allowed in the park unless on a leash also?
Yep. Nice looking mule........as you well know. I have sure enjoyed him. Sandy with Tucker too.........a match made in heaven. Never thought I'd see her ride in front of 3500 people in a major arena. Tucker, the caretaker mule made it possible.
Thanks for the invite. I'll be interested in the banter with the group. Both Gabby and Tucker are doing just dandy. Had the vet out yesterday to do a blood draw for coggins and give spring shots. No problem at all. They are coming through a pretty cold winter very nicely. In fact they are about to go on a diet and get some exercise. We have snow again today and the temps are dropping for a few days. But it will be back in the high 20s and low 30s this weekend and I plan to get started in the saddle.
Hope all's well on your end. What do you have for equines now?
