We are new to Lewisburg Tn, just moved down from Ohio in February, and would like someone who knows the way at Fountain Creek to meet us at Fountain Creek to show us the way around. Or if you know any other places to ride letus know that also. Thanks

There's a park outside of Fairview, Tennessee (Bowie Park, I think) that I like better than Percy Warner. There are fewer joggers and mountain bikers. Williamsport is about 40 minutes away. It is a nice ride. I would mention Laurel Hill, but it is closed until January for deer hunters. It is awesome. I live in Lewisburg too. Fountain Creek is muddy in places and rocky in others. I am not particularly fond of it.

The trails are not marked good there. And when it has been raining alot like it has the past week, it's not a good trail to ride. Lots of thick, deep mud. Also it has alot of deer hunters during deer season. You may want to try Percy Warner Park in Nashville has a 4mile or 9 mile ride, lot of wildlife and nice marked trails and rest stops. Also I've heard Laurel Hill is really great. The Milky Way Farm in Pulaski is a beautiful ride, lots of scenery. Buffalo River trail rides have alot to offer also, but you can get lost very easy there with no guide.
