Shawnee National park

Has anyone rode the Shawnee National park area? If so what horse camp would you recommand?

We rode the Lusk Creek Wilderness out of Hayes, and it's very scenic...no need to trailer from Hayes. Ben was very helpful in planning our rides, and it was our first time to the area. I highly recommend Hayes Canyon, unless you prefer a party camp...that it's not. My next stay at Shawnee will be High Knob...I've heard so many good things about the riding out of High Knob. Don't miss Garden of the Gods, regardless if you ride or drive.
