I was told that you might know someone who lives in Alabama that has a Palomino Missouri Foxtrotter for sale. If so, could you please e-mail me some additional information? I'm currently looking for 2 nice smooth gaited horses to trail ride if you know of any. Thanks

Hey Melanie,
I had a great time getting to know you and Steve. The recipe for corn salad is easy. You will need 2 cans of sweet corn drained, 1/3 cup of red onion, 1/2 cup of any color bell pepper( I used some red and green), 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese, one cup of mayo, and one bag of chili cheese fritos crushed. Mix all of the ingredients together except the fritos. Refrigerate for at least an hour. Just before serving mix in the bag of crushed fritos. Let me know if you have any questions about the recipe. The cake was delicious. I forgot to get some to take home with me. Hope we get to see you again soon.

Hey Melanie - Again, it was nice to meet you guys @ the Why Not trail ride last weekend. The ride was too much fun!!! Here is the sausage ball recipe: 1 pound of hot sausage, 1 pound of mild sausage, 4 cups Bisquick mix, 20 oz grated cheddar cheese, 1/2 cup milk. Mix into small balls, place on greased baking sheet into 350 degree oven - bake for 15 - 20 minutes. This makes a huge batch - Enjoy!

Melanie, Cindy and I want to add you guys as friends and had a hard time finding your site. I had to scroll through all members, would not come up by name and I spelled it correct. I think I have you added now.
Blessings, Linda
