I've been horse crazy all my life and have had a horse most of it. I contested for several years when I was young, but when I got older I got hurt on two different horses and decided it was too risky, having children to raise and needing to work. I raised Miniature horses for several years, but missed riding. So I decided to get back to it and found a bomb proof Quarter horse that I've had for 6 years now. He's small, slow, but very realiable and SAFE for anyone to ride. At my age, that's most important. I enjoy riding the trails and would like to find others to ride with.

Thank you sandra. Sorry I am just getting back to you. My horse has just been Diagnosed with Navicular so I haven't been riding lately. I am hopeful that my farrier have finally got him comfortable enough so I can ride. It turns out we have the same farrier. Derek is great with my horses and me. I am new to horses and he has always answered my questions and takes time to explain stuff to me he is such a great person!!! I am taking my horse to My cousins house in Florida to ride for Christmas. So hopefully after the first of the year we can get together for a ride. Thank you again.. Matt

Hey Sandra, I would'nt mind you riding with us ,but it is hard on a quarter horse to keep up. I may be at the Why Not also on May 15th,so maybe I will see you there!!! I just sold my last quarter type, paint horse and now do only gaited. I don't mind if you want to try to ride with us,we don't go real fast ,just a little Gaiting here and there!!! We are riding Wednesday, but not sure where yet,let me know if you want to go ok? Nice talking to you,Audrey Rody

Hi Sandra, I would love to find someone to ride with. I have 3 young kids and a small hobby farm so most of my riding now consists of around our property. My husband no longer rides but one of his horses tossed me a few times (spooked) so I am much more leery/timid about riding now. Slow is my kind of speed at this age. I recognize those mountains in your pics. Lived in Colorado near Ft. Carson in the late 90s. We love to vacation around RMNP! Going to a trail riding seminar (obstacles & trails) in Nolensville on May 8th. If you are interested in going just let me know.
