Are there any mule riders planning on doing this ride? We are hoping to have other mules to ride with.

I just talked, to Raymond Pemintal, the spring ride is, 6/12/10, AT 10:00 am SHARP!! After you eat lunch, you can head back, to the trailer, for the short ride, to return, about 2:00 pm, or go on the long ride, and return about 4:00 pm.

Luanne - I have the same problem in reverse. Doing the Strolling Jim and then to do the McBurg the next day. At least McBurg is afternoon not early like Strolling Jim. I don't know if my good friends are planning on going to both or just one of them. Of course the McBurg is way closer for me. I have thought take one horse to the one and another horse to the other.

They won't have another there until next June I think it is. I can look it up if you want more exact. There should be the McNatt ride on October 4 but haven't heard anything definite. I missed last year and they say it is a nice ride. There will be one on the other side of Fayetteville in Kelso on October 18 at Riverbend Farm. I had pictures posted of that ride. There should be a link under the horse head in the picture album that links to the Picasa site that has all the pics of that ride. It was very easy.

Hey Luanne, Jewel is light grey in the summer and now she's turning a black grey.I'm not sure what you call her color, but she is a pretty little girl. She is my first mule ever, and I'm really enjoying her. She is two now and we are working towards riding one day!!! I bought her from a man in Shelbyville named Bobby Taylor, you might know him? She's suppose to be gaited. I hope so anyways!!! Thanks for the comment on my mule, and if you want to share some mule wisdom with me ,I would really appreciate it.I'm new at mules!!!!HA-HA!!!!!Bye-Bye!!!! Audrey

Yes that was a great experience in May of 2004. We went back in December of 2005, it was very cold on that trip. I would recomend the warmer times. Johnny
