Good Home For German Shepherd

I need help finding a good home for my fathers german shepherd. He is 2 years old, weighs about 90lbs and has been neutered. My father is getting to frail to handle this dog, plus he knocks some of the small children down wanting to play with them. I would keep him, but we already have 3 labs.
