Actually, I breed Rockies but mine are all 15.1hh - 16.0hh (you can see one of them in the video of my stallions on this website). I know of a breeder in Tennessee who has a great selection of Rockies, see their website: www.mcnattfarm.com. I've purchased over a dozen horses from them and I trust them. Good luck!
