I love horses! Duh! I am having a little trouble with riding though. I fell off a galloping horse about two years ago and now I'm a little spookish when it comes to riding.

I have 2 horses. One is an unbroke BLM Mustang mare named Raven, she's 3.

The other one is Sam. He's a Saddlebred/TWH cross. He is the laziest horse around! He's six and to get him to gait you have to have at least ball point spurs on. Lazy, lazy, lazy.

WTB Black Western Saddle (Gaited or Semi QH Bars)

Hi!

I am looking to buy a black (or dark brown) saddle with gaited or semi QH bars. My horse is a little hard to fit. He is a TWH/SB cross. I have bought 2 saddles for him already that have not fit him.

I do not have tons of money to spend, so I'm not going to be real picky about the shape. I just want to be able to get up in it, without fear of it falling apart. (I've had that happen before).=( MUST be in ok condition. I don't mind if there's a small tear, I just want a… Continue

Spring is here and the foals are coming!!!! =D

Hello!

I haven't been on for a long time, but it's because I haven't found any time! I have great news to share with you all! Raven, the black horse on my page, has had a little filly. She was born Saturday April 18th and her name is Lilly. I've got some pics of her and the mommy on photobucket.com when she was about 2 hours old. Now at 4 weeks old she is already half as tall as Raven; who is 14hh! She leads (kind of) and we can pick up all of her feet. I'll tell you more about it… Continue

Thank you Danielle. We are proud of all of them. We have a total of eight here on our place now. Sundance, the one in the pictures, is my pride and joy, though.

I got thrown several times last year so I understand about being nervous on a horse. I have shown walking and racking horses but I just don't ride much anymore. So I have lost alot of my confidence. I just bought a very nice buckskin gelding that was the Ohio State Racking Champion. I have only ridden him once but I have my son riding him for me. I am going to have to start riding him in the ring and get to know him before riding season begins. We are going to SC in April on a ride and I plan on showing him also througout the summer. I think I will be alright with him once I really get to know him. But just hang in there and keep riding. Hopefully your confidence will come back with enough of riding.

Hello there, welcome to the group. I understand about being alittle nervous about riding, I was bucked a horse about 1 yr ago. The thing about her was, she was very very lazy, so easy going that you would say a kid could ride her. I went to get on her one day and she went into bucking and bucked me off. Now I am tring to build my cofidence back up.
