Hey Claire - Nice to be in touch this way. I don't check it often but am wanting to get more riding friends on this site. I am on FaceBook and love staying in touch w/ people thru it.
George is doing better. He had some issues with his incision and had to delay chemo, but started recently. Hopes to come to Birdsong if the chemo doesn't kick his ass.
Shirley and I are going to KC Ranch for Labor Day. Donna Lovell is thinking about it.... you should come!

I've met only one other family with your same last name, they are friends of ours, John and Valerie Van Benschoten and their son is a major league baseball player. They live in Cincinnati now but both graduated from Purdue. Do you by chance know them?
