Hi Brenda.
It's wonderful to hear from you and we did miss you at Bucksnort. PLEASE COME BACK!! LOL Your collage is beautiful and since it's so beautiful I couldn't miss the opportunity to print and hang it up on the wall in the Dining Hall at Bucksnort. You'll just have to come and see it. You all have a great fall. Oh I don't think Suwannee has a sponsor. Last year they sponsored their own trail ride as I believe they are doing again this year. They don't have the November ride anymore as the attendance was down they cancelled it and now are just having the New Years Ride. Love you all, Rita

Hi Michael and Brenda,
The Florida Greenways sounds like a great ride; wish I could be there. I am originally from New Orleans. I have been to Florida many times. I have been there to ride only once and that was at Amelia Island. I enjoyed riding on the beach!!!Maybe I can make it back some day soon. Hope to see ya on the TN trails. Lots of good people to ride with here!!!

Thanks for your comments. No rush to chang the name...but it's really easy, you'll see (just go to profile/change picture). It sounds like you and your husband have a challenging but interesting life...good material for a "blog" when you get around to it. You all are stimulating a lot of interest in Bucksnort through this site, I have heard other people's interest peak too. I suspect we will get lots of new horse pictures on this site following the Buchsnort ride. That'll be good. We have some friends, Dave & Janice Woody who really rave about that ride. My wife and I might try to make the ride this year, for a weekend day at least. I've heard a lot about it but never had a chance to go. Maybe we'll get a chance to meet you there this year. How many riders show up for Bucksnort?

You should be able to change your name on your "my page" to Michael & Brenda if you prefer.

I guess you are referring to the Smokey Mountains. I haven't ridden there yet, the closest I have gotten is Big South Fork near Jamestown, TN. If there are great places to stay and ride from in the mountains please let us know on this site, there is a section where you can rate trail rides.

Trail riding in Florida

Would anyone be interested in joining us for a week ride at the Florida Greenways March 7 - 20? On March 11, there will be a full moon...you haven't lived until you have flown along at a full "gait" along a river of white sandy trails in the moonlight. We also rarely need Heat or Air Conditioning at that time of year. We have lots of shade and NO mosquitoes at that time of year.

I love Tennessee riding, but Feb/March in Florida is a great time & place to ride. We have Ross… Continue
