Mark your calendars and make your reservations for the Big South Fork chapter's October Trail ride. It will be held Saturday, October 12th at Catoosa Ridge Stables. Festivities will begin Friday night and end Sunday morning, with the official ride being Saturday morning. Email jonesloretta@bfusa.com or thistle_ink@yahoo.com for more information.

When the weather report for Saturday becomes available, we will make our decision.  Jill, are you going this year?  Jenny, are you going?  The photos on the website from last year look really neat.  Our mapquest says it's about a 2-1/2 hour drive for us.

Jean and Jenny!  Yes we are still very active with rides going on in several states, there was a  big WOTE ride today in Garrison, KY.  The Chilly Ride is our biggest ride of the year and is coming up next weekend at Pennyrile State Forest between Hopkinsville and Dawson Springs, KY for more info on our group and the Chilly Ride please visit our website www.womenontheedgtrailriders.org

Jenny, the "Chilly Ride" is at the Pennyrile State Park in Kentucky.  The original "Women on the Edge" group put this on - I believe this is the 4th year.  It is a day ride and lunch.  They have raffles and a whole lot of fun.

I went year befor last and it was great. Took me just under 2 hours to get there.  There is more information on the "Women on the Edge Trail Riders A" page; and they have a website with more information.

Is this group still active? I never see any posts about rides anymore.

What's the Chile ride?

Jill, Boyd and I are thinking about it.  Have you been there before?  How long did it take you to drive up?

Is anyone from Nashville going to the Chile ride next week?
