A neighbor has leased 150 acres for hunting and gave me permission to ride on it. It has been great riding after work in the evenings. The other evening Sweetie perked her ears forward, dropped her head to the ground. She went about twenty feet and there was a fawn curled up in the tall grass. They were nose to nose, wonderful moment.

We need to plan a ride soon. To Big Hill Pond, or Chickasaw.

I think I will play hookie tomorrow. Shelby Forrest has a nice trail and is only 45 minutes away. Supposed to be inthe 50's.

I live in northwest corner of AL and West TN is close for me, just jump on Natchez Trace and I'm there.

Riding last weekend was great. It was too cold for the hunters, so Sweetie and I had the fields to ourselves. Perhaps, a ride at Natchez State Park can be organized for spring.

Yes the St. Jude ride is a great event. Its been awhile since i have been to it. I havent been to it since it moved to Alamo. I would love to go, but dont really want to go by myself since i dont know anybody.

There is a St. Jude trail ride Sept 25-27 in Alamo Tn. It is a great trail ride. I would love to go if i can find someone to go with. If you would like to find out more about it and exactly where is it in Alamo go to www.buckcreektrailride.com.
