Looking for kid-safe first pony
I am looking for a 12-13.3 hand GAITED pony for my 6 year old to learn to ride on. I want something that will be safe for him now in the round pend, but that he will be able to take out on the trail when he's old enough. I am not concerned with color, breed, or bloodlines. I just want a smooth gaiting safe first pony. Does anyone have any suggestions?
