That's a matter of opinion, but DW and I ride frequently in Polk County TN and Fannin County GA.....

What kind of Campground are you looking for?  Developed with electricity and water or undeveloped?

I rough camp in my truck or tent. So bathroom and shower house at least. My so and his family recently moved to Athens, TN so hoping to try some new places out next summer. Only have 14 ft trailer so undeveloped would be fine.

The Lost Coral in Gee Creek State Park has water, and the tent camping area has showers.....

Undeveloped.....the Cottonwood Patch, just south of the tn/ga state line in GA, on the Iron Mountain Trail.

I will check them out, THANKS ! :)
