what is the cash price? Would you be willing to trade for acreage near McMinnville plus cash ?
If you are interested in buying this home for cash, I will take 50 thousand, you can call me at 931-239-1251, I will be happy to show you the property as I am currently in the area. I will be leaving for NV. in about 2 to 3 weeks, I will not be coming back.
I will seriously consider your option, Thanks, Robin.
That would be great, my contract with real estate is up on teh 5th of July, I can sell it ,myself after that. But, since I plan on leaving the state in a few weeks, I will be re - listing it with another real estate very shortly after it comes off the current contract, if you want no RE fees, be sure to keep that in mind.
Also wanted to tell you, there used to be trails RIGHT across the street from me. I was able to ride all the way to Rt 62 in Clarkrange, thats about 10 or 12 miles away. I don't know if they are still there, but I can't imagine that they are not ?
