That would be great, my contract with real estate is up on teh 5th of July, I can sell it ,myself after that. But, since I plan on leaving the state in a few weeks, I will be re - listing it with another real estate very shortly after it comes off the current contract, if you want no RE fees, be sure to keep that in mind.
Also wanted to tell you, there used to be trails RIGHT across the street from me. I was able to ride all the way to Rt 62 in Clarkrange, thats about 10 or 12 miles away. I don't know if they are still there, but I can't imagine that they are not ?
