Anyone Located Near Chattanooga

If anyone is located near Chattanooga (within 1 hr.) can you give me any information on how hard/easy it is to find horse property and if it's extremely expensive or if you know if any horse property for rent in the area.  Also, are there any good long-term boarding facilities in the area you know of and would recommend.
